The treatment is usually relieving medication to reduce stomach acid, and so contribute to symptoms and promote healing. Avoidance of certain foods, beverages and medications can be recommended. If the gastritis is caused by an infection problem that can be treated. A diet rich in fiber reduces May not only the risk of developing ulcers in half, but fiber-rich foods may also speed the healing of ulcers. Fruits and vegetables are particularly protective sources of fiber and appears on the amount of inflammation of the lining of the digestive juices to reduce this advantage seems to have. Even if you are not a sufficient reason to have to avoid fat in your diet already, should animal testing that foods high in fat can cause gastritis. The food and beverages, irritate the mucous membrane of the stomach or increase the stomach acid should be avoided completely or reduced, and known allergens eliminated. Often:
Alcohol
The acidic beverages such as coffee (with or without caffeine)
Milk

If medical treatment fails, and if you cure alcohol, surgery, called partial gastrectomy (removal of part of the stomach) as.

I did the same thing. The dr. told me to further strength Pepcid AC every day for a month. Avoid fried foods.

say yogurt and milk can be the acid of the mucous membranes that surround the stomach and can relieve pain, prevent the doubling vinegar, pepper and spicy food. Plenty of water and eating steamed vegetables.
